Appointments are primarily made through GlossGenius. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

2.2 Cancellations

NailLou Salon charges a 20% cancellation fee if you need to cancel an appointment. Please notify the salon as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

2.3 Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your service to accommodate other clients.

3. Service Terms

We are committed to providing high-quality nail care services. All services are performed by trained professionals using professional-grade products and equipment.

3.2 Service Results

While we strive for excellence, individual results may vary. The longevity of nail services depends on various factors including nail type, lifestyle, and aftercare.

Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before your service. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may compromise your health or safety.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit cards. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Current pricing is available upon request.

5. Hygiene and Safety

We maintain strict hygiene standards and follow all local health regulations. All tools are properly sanitized and sterilized between clients. Disposable items are used when appropriate and discarded after each use.

6. Client Conduct

We expect all clients to treat our staff and other clients with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive, disrespectful, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

7. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, NailLou Salon is not liable for any allergic reactions, infections, or injuries that may occur as a result of services provided, except in cases of proven negligence.

We may take photographs of our work for marketing purposes. By using our services, you consent to the use of such photographs unless you explicitly opt out.
