We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or require a deposit for future bookings.
2.3 Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your service to accommodate other clients.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit cards. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Current pricing is available upon request.

We maintain strict hygiene standards and follow all local health regulations. All tools are properly sanitized and sterilized between clients. Disposable items are used when appropriate and discarded after each use.
6. Client Conduct
We expect all clients to treat our staff and other clients with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive, disrespectful, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
7. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, NailLou Salon is not liable for any allergic reactions, infections, or injuries that may occur as a result of services provided, except in cases of proven negligence.

We may take photographs of our work for marketing purposes. By using our services, you consent to the use of such photographs unless you explicitly opt out.
